Realbio has a series of high-throughput sequencers including Illumina HiSeq 4000, Illumina HiSeq 2500, Illumina Miseq、Illumina MiniSeq, NextSeq500 and Pacbio. We provide the necessary platforms for scientific research and technology service, medical gene diagnosis and agricultural molecular breeding. 

Illumina HiSeq 4000
Our service is based on the HiSeq 2500 system and HiSeq 3000/4000 system, which delivers unrivaled speed and performance with innovative patterned flow slot technology. The dual flow slot HiSeq 4000 system provides the highest throughput and lowest price for each sample and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
Designed for ultra-high throughput, each flow cell of the HiSeq 3000/ HiSeq 4000 system produces >750 GB data in 3.5 days. The dual flow slot of HiSeq 4000 system has the highest single-day sequencing flux and the lowest cost per sample. HiSeq 4000 system produces >450 Gb sequencing data every day and flux can up to 1.5 Tb per run. This stronger sequencing capability means more sample detection can be done at a higher sequencing depth. Meanwhile, richer and more meaningful data is obtained in a shorter time. Large-scale research projects can be completed faster, manual operation time is shorter and cost is lower. HiSeq 3000/HiSeq 4000 system provides easy-to-use, touch-screen-operation of the instrument control software. With optimized step-by-step guidance, the control software guides the user to complete every step during the sequencing process including experimental setup, as well as the loading of the reagents and flow slots. This software also produces data quality statistics in real time, facilitating accurate monitoring of operations.


Illumina HiSeq 2500
Launched in 2012, HiSeq® 2500 is Illumina’s next-generation sequencing system that can allow researchers to sequence an entire genome within approximately 24 hours, that is “Genome in a Day”.
Power and efficiency for large-scale genomics: The HiSeq 2500 System is a powerful high-throughput sequencing system. High-quality data using Illumina SBS chemistry has made it the ideal instrument for major genome centers and research institutions throughout the world.
Flexibility for Multiple Applications: Illumina’s HiSeq 2500 has two modes and it can allow researchers to generate 120 GB of data in 27 hours, or 600 GB in a standard HiSeq run. This provides a flexible and scalable platform that supports a broad range of applications and study sizes. Putting its sequencing ability in terms of human genome, the new HiSeq 2500 allows researchers to sequence a human genome or 20 exomes in a day, or 30 RNA sequencing samples in just five hours.
Industry-leading simplicity and ease of use: The integrated cluster generation process implements a simplified process similar to the MiSeq platform.



Illumina MiSeq
Illumina's MiSeq is the only new-generation sequencer that integrates amplification, sequencing and data analysis on a single instrument, which produces more than 1 GB data each run and covers only 2 square feet. MiSeq has a revolutionary process and unparalleled accuracy make it an ideal platform for rapid and cost-effective genetic analysis for a wide range of applications. 
 
According to Illumina's latest news, Illumina's latest news is that it has been heavily purchased by the FDA and will soon be FDA-approved. In October 12, the sequencing throughput of the MiSeq system was upgraded to around 8G. The upgrade is done in two ways. One is the increase in cluster density, The cluster density increases to 15-17million after the upgrade and the number of reads reading by the pair-end will increase to 30-34million. On the other hand, the system increases the flux after sequencing read length  up to 2×300bp. At the same time, sequencing speed has improved. At present, Broad Institute has realized 300 bp read length of single-end sequencing using existing reagent, Illuminacurrently has also completed 2 * 400bp pair-end internal sequencing. And these are guaranteed to be completed under the premise of high quality data.

Pacbio Sequel System: high-throughput, cost-effective access to SMRT Sequencing
The Sequel System is ideal for projects such as rapidly and cost-effectively generating high-quality whole genome de novo assemblies.The new Sequel System is based on our proven Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) technology and delivers about 7X more reads with 1 million zero-mode waveguides (ZMWs) per SMRT Cell.
